The Purpose of the Hillantrae Estates Home Owners Association (HOA) - It is the
intent and duty of the HOA to assist the homeowners in every way to maintain
the value of our private property, common areas, and most importantly our community
as a whole. It is the goal of the HOA to enforce the rules and restrictions of the HOA
in order to:



* Preserve, protect, and enhance a community's property value and assets.
* Promote harmonious living.
* Ensure that residents get maximum use and enjoyment out of our community.

As a member in good standing of the Hillantrae Estates HOA, we are all in this
together. It is in the best interest of each and every homeowner to take the time and
effort to keep their property in top condition, so as to maintain an attractive
appearance and preserve the property value of the community as a whole. No one
house can hold its value alone unless the entire community is well kept and presents
an inviting appearance.
